A group of us went to the Bruno Mars concert at the State farm stadium right next door to this place. We noticed the uncompleted roller coaster that looked really fun, but dangerous, as it's uncompleted. The place looks beautiful especially for as long as it's been vacant. I used to live in Mesa and places that were vacant just half as long would already have broken windows by now. I heard the reason that this place hasn't opened up is because their pool is empty due to the lack of water here in the desert. Which doesn't make any sense to me because Arizona is going to install a new water purification system, called toilet to tap, if we could put in our toilets and drink it in our tap, why can't we just put that in the pool? Just open the place up I'm so excited, in this economy especially, I can't wait for a luxury resort I can't afford, yay!

None of the reviews are accurate because this has been under construction for FIVE YEARS and still is barely 25% finished! I drive by at least once a month & no work has been done in the past year. No workers, no movement, just a skeleton of a structure & piles of dirt. They missed the Super Bowl, the Eras Tour, four Fiesta Bowls & countless other events. Children who were conceived after it broke ground are already in kindergarten. I'll be happy to delete this when it opens & begins accepting guests, which means never.

We’ve been waiting for years for the theme park…Especially someone who’s put up with Castles n Coasters being the best place we’ve had for roller coasters for decades…This unfinished theme park sitting stuck in construction for years has made me determined not to go whenever they get it done in January 2047.

This place will be the largest most diverse entertainment venue Arizona has ever seen. There will be so many things from a go cart track, large pool area, roller coasters an arcade. There will be something for the entire family for days worth of fun without ever having to leave the resort.

Not open yet but I think it will be great for the area. I do think that the investors choose a great location next to Westgate and where the Cardinals play. It will be another good option for tourists coming to the Valley and should provide reasons for folks from CA or Vegas (and around the country) to visit throughout the year. It will also be a place that locals can go visit for entertainment. Even though they have faced hurdles along the way I think they will ultimately get through them and it will be worth the wait and effort for those that made this happen.
