Place is terrible, threw my sons first birthday here and it was not well received from the location. The place was nasty , there was an active leak that “couldn’t be fixed” because of the property manger incompetence. The floors were dirty , and the restrooms had water down soap and no toilet paper. For $700 I expected some quality and when asking for a reimbursement for all inconvenience they do not provide anything. I will never return to this location

DO NOT RENT. I and 3 others took the time to clean the inside and outside and still manages to tell me they found a cig and a cap of a beer glass bottles (there was no glass bottles and no one was smoking) after that he wouldn't answer my calls or text messages. It's also super hot and you don't have control of the ac

DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!! It's true they will find any excuse to not return your deposit. My husband spent hours cleaning the place walked around to make sure everything was clean only to be told they found a cigarette bud and now no one is answering our calls. Please find a better place with good reviews!

Worst experience ever!!! I would give a zero start if I could. Do not rent this place. I do not recommend trails recreation club. First the place was filthy dirty , fan did not work, ac thermostat was broken making it extremely hot inside, pool gate was broken, dry food on ceiling and fan, table and chairs extremely dirty and ants crawling on tables, don’t get me started on the floors, worst experience ever!!! Then…, They are thieves!!! They will keep your deposit. I requested to see cameras with cigarette buds they claim I left and Jon has denied me seeing it. He immediately accused me and my guest of leaving the place dirty, On Sunday after everyone left me and my hubby rewalked to ensure the place was cleaned and after rewalking the second time we found hidden cigarette buds in the pool area by the tables. My hubby decided to clean it up knowing it did not belong to us just so this would not jeopardize our deposit. I have asked bill and Jon to show me videos of my guest leaving cigarettes behind but both have denied. I worked so hard to leave this place better than the conditions it was given and I get a slap on my face by trails recreation club saying I forfeit my deposit. I d
