My experience with The Platform has been phenomenal. Never tried a Pilates class so was pretty nervous on how the instructors would be. But the way they help you, correct your form, and just cheer you on is what makes this the best place. Just makes you feel comfortable overall and makes you feel soo good leaving because the workouts are pretty intense. Love that they have fresh clean towels as well. Each instructor is unique in their own way. Just love going to all of them, so hard to have a favorite because thatβs how good all of them are!

I have been going to The Platform since they first opened. And my first class, I felt so WELCOMED. Lynda, Jenny, Chelsea, Katrina and Julie are incredible instructors. I am 3 months in and am so excited to try-out other instructors as well! Platform Pilates and Sculpt are my favorite! On days where I feel like challenging myself even more, Treadlift and Platform Pilates/Tread get the job done!! I'm always excited to go to class everyday and the instructors just make working-out 10x better and more fun! So grateful to have met such a great community here in DTLB. By far my favorite studio EVER!

Awesome staff! Welcoming, friendly, and they know their stuff. The pilates session was tough. The trainer goes around and helps you adjust your form and gives really intuitive feedback. She ain't gonna take it easy on you. Prices are great for different monthly levels. The space is really nicely renovated and spacious. We didn't have terrible parking on a Thursday evening.

What sets this boutique gym apart from any other is culture. From the top down there is a very strong sense of genuine encouragement and positivity. Combine that with the very well thought out programed workouts, I have been around training for 32 years, I've trained with some of the greatest minds in training, they have a "why" to their programming. It's flexible enough to adapt for all Fitness levels. I'm a big fan of the combination of strength training with the dumbbells, cardiovascular training with the treadmills and then a combination of both regenerative / strength training and core work with the Pilates megaformers. it's a very well-rounded modality that leads to longevity,

I have genuinely loved my experience here so far. The workouts are tough, but these ladies truly know fitness and know exactly how to push you to your limit in the best way possible. Beyond the workouts, thereβs so much kindness, encouragement, and genuine love from the staff. They make everyone feel welcomed, seen, and comfortable from day one. You can tell they really care about the people in their community and everyone who walks through the door. Iβm honestly sold β this place has become my new second home ππ€ΈπΎββοΈβ¨
