Very beautiful area with nice views and great service, so if you do visit, know that you will be on good hands! The food was a hit and miss at times. The lamb Chops that I had were the best I've ever had them, very tasty with a unique but good sauce to compliment it. The salmon with java beans was REALLY good too, probably my favorite meal during my stay. Breakfast wasn't all that great though, it was just okay. I also had a fish sandwich, and it just had an odd taste to it.... But we had all of our meals here and most of them were good, and only one was amazing. Now the room. It was really big, and I loved the easy access to the beach and pool from the lanai. BUT these rooms are severely outdated. Between the yellowish walls, the bathroom smelling like mildew (due to the rain I was told) and the build up on the shower head, I wasnt super please given the money spent to have the nicest room. I suppose certain things are the way they are for the sake of history, but I do think you can preserve the lounge's history will keeping it up to modern standards. Overall, we had a great time, and I would recommend stopping by. But honestly, the best part was the spa. Definitely check it ou

INCREDIBLY overpriced for what it offers. As a frequent traveler, I was genuinely shocked to pay $800 for a single night at this type of property! The hotel gives the impression of a motel that received only a superficial refresh and for that price point, the presentation falls well short of expectations. Most notably, there were cobwebs and spiders in the hallways and around our door, which is simply not acceptable at this rate. At a lower price, these shortcomings might be easier to overlook, but at this level, the standard should be much higher. On a positive note, the location was excellent and the staff were warm and welcoming — two things that genuinely stood out during our stay.”

Traveling to Florida? You just can’t go wrong by stopping in the Lodge & Club. The gym is top notch, with a variety of free weights, benches, kettlebells, technogym elipticals, 2 stairmills, a concept 2 rowing machine, technogym bikes, & a few treadmills. There is a room where classes are taught as well. Men’s & women’s locker room each is equipped with sauna, steam & a jacuzzi. There is also an adult only jacuzzi & pool beachside , and a separate Olympic size pool for family located west of Ponte Vedra blvd.. Bebe & Denora are great at the gym & take care of guests & club members. Complimentary coffee is also available with babysitting hours, too. The Oasis is a real treat! An outdoor bar/restaurant with a great salad and fish menu, as well as a large drink selection located right on the beach, Linny is a fabulous bartender, and Alex manages the restaurant, & both are superb at customer service. If you have a special occasion or simply want to treat yourself, the dining room located upstairs has a fabulous view of the ocean.

Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club is one of our favorite hotel stays in Florida. It’s beautiful, timeless, and always exceptional. We recently toured their wedding venue and had the BEST experience with their wedding coordinator, Kaitlin. She is truly a gem. Warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented at what she does. She made the entire experience feel special and effortless. The company is so lucky to have her, and we couldn’t say enough great things. Highly recommend!!
