Alameda is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Alameda follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love going to this gym using classpass. The gym equipment is in pretty good shape. The showers are clean and the crowd is pretty light in the morning. I havent tried the pickleball courts yet but they look pretty slick

I unfortunately got myself injured and previously tried to cancel out my membership however the proccess was never finished. I happen to get in touch with the manager of the location (Lou) she was very understanding and helpful with the entire process. Then I rememebered why I love this place. Not only is it an amazing location to build skills but they also have great client service. I'm really looking forward to getting back out there once I've healed up. Everyone that is looking for a pickleball spot to call home, I highly suggest The HUB in Alameda.

The building is really cool, and all the amenities are nice, and obviously the view across the bay to see San Francisco is exceptional, but itโs quite humid inside. I play indoors to get out of the elements, and it just doesnโt quite meet that intent for me when playing indoors.

Pulled up to The Hub Sports Club in Alameda and honestlyโฆ this place is solid. Came through with my guy Nate to check it out, get some runs in, and shoot a little content. Right away you can tell this place is well run. The energy is welcoming, the staff actually cares, and the community vibe is real โ competitive but still friendly. Pickleball-wise, itโs stacked. 8 indoor courts that are clean, permanent, and play great, plus 7 outdoor courts if you want fresh air. Runs are organized, people know how to play, and theyโre always hosting tournaments and competitive events, which I really appreciate as someone who plays a lot. Outside of pickleball, the gym setup is legit. Full cardio and strength equipment, unlimited group classes like yoga, barre, and more. Locker rooms are clean, with showers, sauna, and steam room โ clutch after long sessions. Pro shop is fully stocked and the staff is always down to help with gear or questions without being pushy. Small thing but funny โ they even added a ping pong table, which kinda says everything about the vibe here. Functional, fun, and community-first. If youโre in the Bay and serious about pickleball, fitness, or just want a spot that

Update: After 1 year of being a member. So far this place has been the best indoor pickleball place in the east bay area. Compared to other indoor courts in the area, it's by far the best option. The price is somewhat reasonable as it also includes a full gym sauna, steam room, showers, and indoor/outdoor courts. Pros: You can work out or run on treadmills in between games. They have clean water dispensers as well as a new ice machine. There are many free (member) classes for fitness. Plenty of cool people to meet and be friends with. Staff are very nice and helpful. The spaces are kept fairly clean by maintenance. A great daily go to for working out in general. Plenty of parking space, and it seems fairly safe and well lit at night. Cons: Can get really busy on rainy days, and the queue can be quite long. They don't have towels for when you need to shower. The pickleball classes and events only have a discounted price for members. Pickleball events are hard to track. Not enough focus on fun events lately, or at least not enough promotion or proper coordination. Suggestions for management: *Open Later on the weekends! (Most people have more time on the weekend and would probabl
