Memberships start at $149/month plus a $249 initiation fee, and drop-in is $40/day. Many additional offerings require separate fees. Quite pricey for what’s offered. There’s also a 30-day written notice requirement to cancel, plus a 3.5% processing fee for card payments. I can’t fathom that management thinks this business model will work well with several clubs now in close proximity in the South Bay. What was once one of the most popular pickleball clubs in the area has, in my experience, become a much harder place to find consistent high-level open play. I’ve regularly seen several courts unoccupied on weeknights and weekend nights. As a long-time member, it’s quite sad to see. Members like me want high-level pickleball. I think the leadership needs some fresh ideas if the Hub wants to thrive. With Ace Pickleball Club opening soon, I expect the competition to become even tougher. In my opinion, Picklr and Ace provide better membership options and are more affordable for drop-in play. Very nice courts, price for drop ins and monthly memberships are pretty outrageous. Were talking full premium gym membership pricing. Facility is great. Just priced in a way normal people wouldnt pay for and would rather go to parks for free. Pay-walled out, Disney style, which is a shame.

My employer recently booked a tournament with The Hub in Campbell. We were quickly in contact with Dipti. Dipti was able to meet with us in person and also by email to go over all the details. Dipti also provided a timeline which allowed for us to simply enjoy the event. Our event was for approximately 100 people which included players and spectators. For some of the people, it was their first time playing pickleball and for others it was there first time playing at the Hub. All of the details were taken care of, even some that we did not even consider. In the end, we had a great time and everyone continues to talk about the experience and memories that were made that day. Thanks Dipti and the Hub for making this day GREAT!

Love this place! Lively. Energetic. Clean. Great atmosphere. Players are friendly and staffs are super helpful, and it offers daily events/matches to participate.I have no problem navigating the space/app. I joined in early this March now I go multiple days a week.

$40 is kinda wild for drop in play. Here for a conference in downtown San Jose and wanted to find some pickup games for a couple hours. I paid it and was able to play 7 games in 3 hours. Nice courts, nice community of people, but it would have been nice to pay $40 for 2-3 days. For those curious, $40 is a day rate, but i’m assuming most won’t spend all day there. if you need an uber (which i did from downtown) it’s going to be about $15 each way. If this is you, That’s roughly $70 + whatever you tip for Uber to play 7ish games. The 3 stars is based solely on the high drop-in price.
