I highly recommend this skilled nursing facility. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment for residents. The staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Everyone is very cooperative and attentive to the needs of the residents. The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are excellent. They are professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping residents improve and achieve their goals. The receptionist at the nursing facility was exceptionally kind, respectful, and professional. She greeted every visitor warmly and handled check-ins and inquiries with patience and efficiency. Elizabeth was very attentive to my families needs, making sure everyone felt welcomed and informed. She is truly an asset to the facility and contributes greatly to the positive experience of both residents and visitors.

While the nurses and direct care staff at this facility were knowledgeable, caring and attentive to my mother, the administrative and case management communication with me, as her family advocate, was entirely unacceptable. This was our first experience with a skilled nursing facility and we should be able to rely on the care team to guide us through this overwhelming process. Intake paperwork containing my contact information was left in my mother's room and never collected by staff. I made sure it was known who I was. The case manager never once reached out to discuss her stay or the expectations. I was never formally contacted about her rehab or a discharge plan. In fact, I only found out my mother was being discharged because the third-party home health agency called me to schedule physical therapy. No one from the facility had notified me. My mother was not in a position to retain or relay this information, which the staff failed to recognize. The facility nearly discharged her without making sure family to coordinate picking her up. When I inquired at the front desk, I was promised a meeting in her room within an hour—no one showed up. I had to physically go back and force a

My dear aunt spent 10 days recently and we are so thankful for the passionate care of nurse Haneen. From the moment my since was checked in to her room, she kindly welcomed us and showed compassion at the very start. I felt such comfort knowing that when u left, my aunt would be taken care of by nurse Haneen as if she was a family member. In fact, many care staff and PT team took great care of her and she really appreciated their kindness. The tech team was also so kind and we very much appreciated all the support to get her well enough to come home. Thank you! And thank you nurse Haneen for making her feel safe and cares for.!
