I love the environment here, I always feel welcome and not out of place even though I'm not much of a gym-rat. I love Barbara in child watch. She's such a sweet heart! Everyone else in child watch is great too! The classes I've been to have been really fun and everyone has always made me feel welcome. We love going here to play pickleball as well and look forward to playing again once they finish construction.

Gym is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pickleball program is a ton of fun with good players. They seem to be improving the facility as well. I’ve had good experiences with all the members I’ve interacted with.

I can honestly say the Falls is one of the best Gyms I have ever joined. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-notch machines and free weights. Whether you're into strength training, cardio or group classes, they've got it all. I love the variety of group classes offered- they really help keep my workouts motivating and fun. I would definitely recommend The Falls to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

I love working out at the Falls and especially being trained by Sherry Glaser!! She goes above and beyond with her clients, and certainly has with me!!! She’s awesome and The Falls has been an outstanding and convenient place to work out and is so Family friendly in all the many activities it provides for both You and your family!! It’s a great place to workout!!!

I 've had nothing but a GREAT EXPERIENCE while working out @The Falls.!!! My trainer , Sherry Glaser was excellent to make sure I always had great form so I didn't get injured. She would change my workouts so they were never boring. I found all of the employees most friendly, and willing to help everyone 😊 The gym has awesome equipment and is always very clean. Definitely a fun place to train a get into shape. They offer many kinds of group classes, so there is something for everyone no matter your level. DEFINITELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
