Would you like to spend almost $100 on SIX SHOTS!? Be my guest!! These people are a RIP OFF! I do not care a single bit for going back! Its an "okay" place but take it from a local.. You WILL get ripped off for the high prices on drinks.... Second of all I'd like to mention how GULLIBLE the staff is. The lady with the piercings at the front gave us FREE VIP bracelets which was only the good thing that happened to us. And the other lady that believed we were waiting for another another group that DID NOT SHOW UP TO THEIR OWN VIP TABLE. Other than im not gonna sit here and act like this place can't afford to replace dollar tree signs that say are "reserved" for people that dont even show up. 3 shots will cost you at least $50 dollars because they know people will pay it. $75 for ONE bucket of 6 Whiteclaws and ONE tequila shot?? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!!!

I’m new to the El Mont Swim Club, and my first visit was such a wonderful experience! Our waitress, Samantha, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. Her outstanding service made such a great impression that I ended up purchasing a season pass! If you stop by, definitely ask for Sam. You won’t be disappointed. She’s amazing!

The Elmont is an amazing place! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to our server, Yoseline, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our experience even better. I’d also like to thank all of the other servers and staff for their hard work and excellent service. You can tell everyone cares about giving guests a great experience. I highly recommend The Elmont to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an all-around great time. We’ll definitely be back!

Another great experience at Elmont… They closed the pool an hour early because of possible rain, no rain but it is fine. While waiting for my husband to change, I was just taking a few pictures of my daughter. She had already changed and was simply posing near the edge of the pool. One of the lifeguards blew the whistle and told her to stay away from the pool. This was the same lifeguard who had earlier motioned aggressively for my husband to get out of the pool, then turned to another guard and laughed about it. I understand the rules as part of the job, but there’s no reason to be rude or disrespectful. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way. A poor choice of staff for Elmont.

We went on a Thursday so it wasn’t as crowded as the weekend. All I can say is that the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I took a friend who needed a wheelchair to get around, and he had a blast. Our server made sure our beverages were always cold and ready when needed. The lazy river was relaxing. Don’t forget to wear sandals if you use the water slides, the staircase was hot from the sun. They also give a generous military discount for admission. I’d go again in a heartbeat.
