I have been unable to cancel my membership for almost a year now. The phone number never works and no one ever responds to my emails. Apparently they are also “unblockable” so I have to dispute the charge every month with my credit card company. It’s truly disappointing and frustrating.

I went to this pickleball court to try something new, but honestly, it was the worst location i have ever been to. I paid for the Pickle & Pour, but there was no one there to really monitor it. People would just go where they wanted and then be pushed off the court. My friends and I finally found a court to play on. Then around 850PM some rude lady and her friend came to play and they said they had a reservation at 9PM.... 9PM!!! that does not mean 850PM, they rushed us off the court. everyone over there is rude...

We have scheduled tennis lessons here a couple of times. We booked it through their official website, and get confirmation that we are booked. The first time, no one was even there, we get a notification later in the day that there were no classes that day. The second time, we show up and they said they no longer offer lessons and someone was supposed to contact us about it, but no one did. This is the most poorly organized tennis program, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I wish there’s an option to give zero stars - no response to my email as well. I’ve been a member here for over a year, but after tonight, I’m seriously questioning that loyalty. I brought guests this evening hoping for a good experience, only to be met with blatant misinformation and a discouraging attitude from a staff member identifying himself as a coach. When I asked about court availability, he claimed everything was fully booked a week in advance and told us "open play" didn't exist. To my shock, I checked the online system immediately after he turned us away and confirmed there was indeed availability. Not only was the information I received incorrect, but I could see several other open courts online while watching others play who didn't seem to have prior bookings. The discrepancy between what I was told and the actual availability felt targeted and unwelcoming. As a long-term member, I expect transparent communication and equal treatment. I won’t be bringing guests back to an environment where they are made to feel like they don't belong. Management needs to address this behavior and clarify their policies immediately.

The place is really cool for spending time with friends and make friends at the courts for all games and activities. However there is no gatekeeping or QR code to determine who actually booked the court versus who didn’t book the court. Anyone was able to walk in and I happened to hear from conversation few folks walked in and playing the courts for more than 2 hours without actually booking it. That keeps the courts unavailable or waiting for the ones who actually booked the court. There should be a QR code or some kind of entry into the court just my two cents so the place has lot of potential and people won’t leave disappointed for long wait times.
