Rec volleyball was great, people were all friendly, the facilities are clean, well maintained, plenty of parking. Top notch rec center.

Simple rec center. Nice workout room, small gym. People that work there are great and super friendly. As a coach, If you're looking for a leauge for your youth.. I would say Carrollton is only ten minutes up the road and they offer more for less. As an adult who still participates in adult leauges, I've found that Flowermound and Lewisville may be a bit more orchestrated and also less expensive. Nevertheless, The Colony is not a bad choice for seasonal fun especially for beginners.
