I ordered the fish and chips and I got too small, very small pieces of fish and about fifty million french fries. I would not recommend this dish to anyone. Our waiter was very quiet and hardy came around. Never asked us if we wanted a second drink. We would have ordered another cocktail, but never was asked. It was a saturday night, so I trained your soup at the day. The waiter didn't know what the soup of the day was and he had been on duty over three hours already. It was not that good.It was some kind of beef and potato soup.

Had our wedding here 2 weeks ago & had a great experience working with Alexis! Alexis always responded to my millions of questions & edits and made me feel at ease. She is great at her job! We were also able to do outside catering which is hard to find at a lot of venues! Day of wedding things went pretty smooth! Overall a great experience! :) highly recommend!

It's a beautiful venue, but I have a long list of things that went wrong on my wedding day in August 2023. Unfortunately, there is not enough space for me to include everything. But mainly: The sales coordinator Kristal and venue did not follow through on many promises like: • 6” x 6” Flower arrangement used at my cake table disappeared, at about 11:40 PM my husband and I and my parents were still in the parking lot. I saw a Latino woman in her 40s walking out of the building with my centerpiece flower arrangement and a pink tote bag (the tote bags were party favors) I approached her she looked startled and then said, “They asked me to bring this to you.” I had already been in the parking lot for 20 minutes before the venue staff left the building with my centerpiece and tote bag. • Staff ate our food, Stephen from Melrose Catering had to talk to the banquet manager to tell the venue staff to not eat the food • My seating chart was not displayed on monitor • Sales coordinator, Kristal, for the day of my wedding was missing a lot and left early with leaving instructions • Centerpiece flowers arrangements were not setup for ceremony and no columns were put out next to my arch. Timing of day, and ambiance was perfect. Reception area was spacious, and elegantly displayed just beautifully. Bride & Groom were pretty Amazing as well.
