Worst experience I've ever had at a concert. Couldn't get to our seats because people stole them. Event staff was no help at all. There was a guy in a black dshirt and guy in blue shirt who were supposed to be the highest people there. They offered us a refund, we accepted. Black shirt took us to the ticket office to get the refund and left us. They told us they could not give a refund, but if we called on Monday they'd issue us a refund. The employee there gave us new seats, which were also filled by people that didn't belong there. Again, no help from event staff, and at that point the ticket office had closed so no help with anything. We missed both opening acts being shuffled around to different levels of employee to get help, and never ended up with seats. We saw the last half of George Strait standing in a huge crowd of other people who couldn't get into their seats, and could only see him on the screen. I have called and emailed and nobody can do anything. The girl on the phone said they couldn't refund me because my tickets were scanned, so I basically just gave them 1800 dollars for my family and I to not enjoy a single minute of the show, and not get the seats we paid fo

Such a great group of workers in this office. Shout out to Joann, ticket office supervisor,Jocelyn, ticket attendant, and the 6 foot 5 guy (didn't get his name) who went above and beyond to help us out with switching our seats due to circumstances that arose with our seats that were out of our control. Super nice and did everything with a smile.

Went and stood an hour at the door to get tickets for the upcoming regionals since they put out a message on there social media about selling out, so a worker shows up 10 minutes before opening up and I ask if there was any tickets left and he says yes give us a couple of minutes. Than I walk in to get some and says they sold out. Like don’t say you have tickets for regionals than another person says they’re sold out!
