I’ve had two separate incidents with missing rackets here. The first time, my Yonex Nanoflare Nextage disappeared. I reported it, but was told the security cameras weren’t working, so I assumed I was just unlucky. The second time, I accidentally left my badminton bag behind. When I came back, the bag was still there, but my Yonex Astrox 99 Pro and Astrox 77 Pro (worth more than $600 total) were missing. A weekend staff member told me he remembered seeing my rackets because he recognized them as high-end models. He also said that staff sometimes take pro rackets out of customers’ bags and place them on the front entrance shelves as part of the lost-and-found process, and that some coaches have taken rackets from those shelves. I don’t understand why valuable rackets would ever be separated from their bags. Eventually, I had my bags back but not my rackets, weird. I immediately asked the front desk, who first told me that she needed to check with her manager and later on told me that she’s the manager, to check the security cameras. She said she has to contact technical person to look at the footage until a week later, then told me the footage had already been automatically delet

After evaluating several badminton training facilities in the Bay for my son, we chose to drive all the way here from South Bay because of the coaches. Coach Kenny is the G.O.A.T.

Booked it from 2:30-3:30; a class was on our court until 3, so we played at an empty court. The manager came up to us and told us to leave, and was extremely rude. Poor customer service and expensive rackets

Nice place but it gets expensive as there is no monthly membership. You have to pay $50 per hour to play. The area is nicely maintained and other players were polite and courteous.

Probably the best gym I've ever been a part of. The facilities are clean, the staff is attentive, and they could not have better coaches. Howard is able to break down even the trickiest shots step by step in a way that is easily learned and replicated. He also is incredibly patient and answers any questions we have, both the acute and the obtuse. He also takes the time to talk with each of his students to ensure that they are making steady progress toward their own personal goals.
