I've been a member for 5 months, the play experience is good, no issues there. But the water point has been out of service (no cold water) in both Automall and Mission locations for over 2 months. I've complained repeatedly and am always told that it's being looked at, but nothing's been done. It's very hot and having cold drinking water seems like a basic ask. They do sell cold beverages at the reception. I can only conclude that this lack of attention to this basic problem is to sell more of those items. Shouldn't be THIS hard to get this fixed.

Went to play badminton with friends and was shocked to see we were charged for an additional 30 minutes even though no one ever warned us that our time was up. There was no notification, no call, no message at the counter—nothing. You cannot charge customers extra time without giving a clear warning first. That’s basic customer service. If we had known, we would have either stopped on time or consciously decided to extend. Being hit with hidden charges feels dishonest and disrespectful. Until this is fixed (clear time-up alerts + explicit confirmation before charging extra), I cannot recommend this place. Avoid unless you’re okay with surprise fees.

I haven't played badminton for a while, so it's nice toget back out there and play! It's easy to make a reservation online and choose your preferred court. Parking is easy to find. Highly recommneded!

Located, like many other badminton gyms, ina typical industrial place, this is a gem of a place to get a game in. It’s alongside another gym, which seems to host ice hockey practices. Plenty of open parking and easy to locate on maps. The pro shop is plenty stocked with couple of high school kids manning the front desk. One of them also works on your racquets to re-string them and change the grips, etc. Lots of courts inside. Easy to find a reservation and the place is lovely both with weekend hacks and serious kids with their coaches. Not intimidating at all. Comfortable air temp for both summer and winter months. Nice courts with good nets. Good place, online reservations.

The lights are extremely blinding in the middle row courts, so you might be prone to making more mistakes than usual in the game. It requires booking in advance, weekends are pretty busy. I recommend booking in advance. Week days are pretty much available. They rent rackets as well if you would like. It’s quite good and refreshing place. I highly recommend going here.
