What an incredible hotel. We only stayed one night, which was a real shame because I could have happily spent a few more here. We had some flight issues and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating (shout out to Eric). They kindly extended our checkout by an hour free of charge, and we were then able to pay for a half day extension which made a stressful travel day so much easier. The room was incredibly spacious, luxurious and beautifully presented. We also ordered room service and honestly, both the steak and burger were world class. I wasn’t expecting hotel room service to be that good. Amazing facilities, fantastic service and a truly luxury experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Sunset Marquis was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We were delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful villa, which made the experience feel even more special. The hotel has such a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere while still delivering outstanding service throughout. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. The pool area could have been made better and I know a refurb is soon underway … also wasn’t staffed for drinks every day we were there. The peaceful gardens and hidden-away feel make it a real oasis despite being so close to everything in West Hollywood. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
