Great place. Im a beginner, staff was friendly and explained how to get around. No real issues here, I wish they had an overhead on the drive range but thats really not to important.

Good pace of play. Course is currently undergoing major maintenance to upgrade irrigation so that should help. Course was in not so great shape, but the price isn’t crazy either. If you’re just getting into the game, this is a great course for you.

The good news is that the sand traps and bunkers have all been rebuilt. For years there were rocks and weeds present and sand was not. The bad news is the overall conditions of the greens. Many of them were in spotty condition with bare spots. They were also rock hard, making it near impossible to spin an approach shot. I was told they were in better shape than a few weeks ago. The course still uses old gas powered carts with no GPS, which was disappointing. The layout is very good, with a shorter back nine that has several water holes that make club selection a challenge. Stonetree has the potential to be a really nice public course, and it certainly worth the time to play it now. I would not be surprised if it is in really good condition by summer.

Lots of construction, new bunkers, and drainage being installed. But I see the potential for this course. I played recently and the greens were smooth and fairways decent. The course layout is fantastic and if they can just maintain the course properly, this could be an absolutely great course. I even saw mowing stripes on the green on a few holes! Hope they incorporate course marshals for pace of play stop allowing 5-6-7-somes. Stonetree, keep the momentum going - you have the potential to be a great course!

I've been out of practice for a couple decades but used to hit in a lot of different ranges in my years, this was by far one of the more disappointing ranges I've ever come across. Broken tee's litter the field, no one uses the mats, which the mats seem to all be missing rubber tees and that's really odd to not come across on a range an that I gotta step onto the torn up unkept grass littered with tees to use my tees to practice. A course's fairway should not look as though the grass is dying and unkept, especially when I'm driving by at 5AM every morning by this place and I see carts running all over area. Such a bummer, I bet this could be a nice place if they just kept it up. Def wouldn't pay for a yearly membership and rather hesitant to even do the course itself.
