AVOID at all costs, do not give this place your money. They DO NOT clean their rooms (hair/crumbs everywhere on the pull out bed, shower, sink, grease smears on headboard, looked like the floors were even swept or vacuumed). Appliances not wiped down/cleaned, sink not cleaned had old food debris, caked on burnt food on the stove, a coffee looking stain on the counter, didn’t replace the USED travel dish soap. Told me they don’t have room cleaning services on the weekends. Told us to place our trash outside of our room for pickup, it wasn’t picked up for more than 24 hours later. Boiler was down that first morning water wasn’t hot when we were trying to shower. Asked for replacement towels they didn’t have anymore, gave us pool towels. What hotel doesn’t have extra towels. The first floor smells like MODLY LAUNDRY near the wash room. The lobby bathrooms are BOTH out of order. They only have one elevator that is janky and inconsistent and went out our first night back so we had to take 4 flights of stairs with an infant stroller. Literally saw a sick wheelchair bound child not able to use their elevator that night, ADA INCOMPLIANCE! The bbq grills were out of order. The pool was out

My stay from June 24–28 was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had at an IHG property. The toilet in my room did not work for the entirety of my stay. I reported the issue to the front desk every single day and was repeatedly told that maintenance would be notified. To maintenance’s credit, someone came on June 24 and attempted to repair it, but the toilet still would not flush properly after they left. Unfortunately, no one ever returned to follow up or complete the repair. On the night of June 25, I called the front desk again and asked either for maintenance to come back or to be moved to another room. I was told the hotel was fully booked, leaving me with no choice but to spend the remainder of my stay without a functioning toilet. Having to stay in a room without a working toilet for four nights is completely unacceptable. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, the lack of urgency, communication, and resolution was extremely disappointing. I expected far better from an IHG hotel. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property.

checking in was a breeze and the young woman behind the counter was polite and professional. Hotel is easy to access. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping staff is quite questionable, however. There was a cabinet door off its hinges, a screwdriver left on an end table and a filthy toilet in the supposedly clean room that I was given. Even from the bed, it was very clear that the toilet had not been scrubbed at the top of the bowl, in ages.
