Do not book here Im writing this review to warn people this place is disgusting truly. I delt with 2 front desk agents and both were super rude. They didnt have name tags i did get one girls name she said letty or Betty. Elevator certificate of compliance is expired the elevator makes noise and moves when you are walking into it. The stair case is even worse black stain on the carpet, the smell is dead and the railing is sticky. 1st room was horrifying!! Stain on bed comforter, stains on couch , TV didnt work, coffee machine didnt work. The room itself smelled like carpet had not been clean in months. They moved me to another room that room was slightly better alot cleaner for sure. The worst part about it all was most of the breakfast was expired. I dont think yogurt is suppose to be spicy or burn your tongue. Milk was spoiled for sure. Bread was a bit hard. The food hurt my stomach! Their was nats on the muffins & bread case also on the fruit. When i explained this to the lady Letty or Betty at the front desk she said " i guess this hotel isn't up to your standards" " we can check you out right now because you have a whole laundry list of issues with our hotel" i told her

I was a little worried because of the reviews, but you always have to give them the benefit of the doubt. The truth is, the hotel is good, nothing like the comments. They are maintaining it; it just needs a few cosmetic repairs. The cleaning was also good, just a little more detail cleaning, but the rooms were clean. I reserved a room with two bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The rooms were very comfortable, we enjoyed it. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was really good too. I think the breakfast service deserves five stars; you can see they do it with dedication! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel could definitely use some updates, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a place with daily room turnover and full housekeeping service, this may not be the best fit. During check-in, we were not informed about the housekeeping system, so it took a few trips to the front desk before we learned that fresh towels needed to be requested daily and used towels were to be placed in the hallway. It felt a bit odd at first, but every hotel operates differently. After bringing up the issue, we did begin receiving towel changes directly in our room, which was appreciated. Since we stayed for more than a week, I do wish there had been at least one mid-week room refresh with clean sheets and a more thorough cleaning. The room itself was clean enough for how we planned to use it, especially since we were out most of the day, but the carpets could definitely use a deeper vacuum and shampoo. Overall, the stay was fine. If you are simply looking for a clean place with comfortable beds and a decent complimentary breakfast, this hotel works well. Pros: The front desk lady was very nice. The room we had was big and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t think to check the mattress at first (which I probably should have after reading other reviews). It’s a pet-friendly hotel, and people do pick up after their pets. We had an issue with our first room, but it was fixed right away by moving us to another room. They also host events downstairs, which is pretty cool. Cons: We were honestly a little disappointed. We stayed during a winter storm specifically because we thought we would be accommodated with working fireplaces and heaters, but that wasn’t the case. Because of this, I wouldn’t stay here again during the winter. They didn’t turn on the fireplace in the front lobby, which was a big deal in freezing weather . The elevator wasn’t working, the outdoor fire pits weren’t working, and the outside heater had no gas. One of the burners in our room also wasn’t working. They definitely need to hire more cleaning staff. No one came to our room for towels or trash pickup but the front desk person did . and my sheets had an ink stain on them. I also only saw one cleaning lady working in the breakfast area. She seemed upset with my hu
