poor customer service at this store. called if they carried a particular model racket and the sales person was quick to say they didnt have it. however, online they have plenty of stock, but the sales person neglected to tell me that. i called 10min to closing time, so looks like the guy was in a rush to close up and get out of the store. regardless, expected better from this store and will no longer trust their feedback.

Been coming here for years from when it was Swetkas. Best tennis shop in the Bay Area! Recently, Jimmy was so patient with me as I tried on many different tennis shoes to figure out which one I want to get. It's really nice to have a physical store for tennis stuff.

So many people have recommended me Swetka and I know why now! They have everything in stock and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They offered to string my racket up on the spot when I purchased the racket which was so unexpectedly nice! I’m so excited to try my new racket! Thank you! Will definitely come back for restringing.

This tennis store is extraordinary customer friendly and has great demo program. I would definitely recommend you this store. All the staffs are super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Matt. A warm welcoming associate who provides me with useful information and instructions on the equipments and etc. Matt is ebullient and helpful while the knowledge is more ominous. Another surprise to me was that he speaks fluent mandarin which helps me feel more comfortable since all the jargons and technical details already daunted me, he could explain things in mandarin to me clearly and make me feel home. I would definitely recommend all my Chinese folks to this Chinese friendly store. :) Thanks Swetka’s and thank you Matt! From D.

I started tennis again after 10 years of break and a friend recommended me Swetka’s for new racket. He also recommends the demo program which I am really impressed. For $40 you can to choose different racket each week and try them out and finally pick the one which you like. The staff are great and able to recommend racket based on your style and not your budget only. Update : after 2 months in the demo program. I finally picked my new rackets in 15 years and this demo program is great. I tried over 10 different rackets based on staff recommendation. When you get older, it’s not about the brand or $$$ but the racket which suited your game and feel for tennis. I prefer bigger sweet spots and light weight and more control when I get older and less stress on my arm. I decided to go with volkl v-cell v1 mp.
