I have a ball machine over ten years old. The support four wheels of oscillator is broken. I wrote an email to Sports Tutor. They sent me replacement parts promptly free of charge. Great customer service! I am an engineer. I opened the whole ball machine to replace battery recently. I am very impressed of the simple and robust design of the machine. No wonder everybody rate this machine as very robust and reliable.

I just want to thank everyone at Tennis Tutor. I had an older machine and I sent it in for service and you guys got me up and running again. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company like this who make and stand by their product. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who needs a tennis machine or anything that you guys manufacture.

I purchased a used version of the Sports Tutor Pickleball Tutor Plus Ultra about 2 years ago. I am an advanced pickleball player and I have used at least 3 different types of ball machines including Titan. This is by far and away the best pickleball machine for 99% of players. The machine is rugged and finished with a quality enclosure and digital control panel providing precise control of speed, spin, interval and height. The oscillating feature supports both 2 line and Random. There are a range of programmable settings for dink, lob, drop etc. The service is superb. Knowledgeable, polite and give the impression they really care about the product and business. I have changed the throw wheels on the system following their simple instructions. The machine is like new in its consistency. Cannot recommend the product or company enough.

I’ve had a tennis ball machine called Tennis Cube for years. It’s been great. It’s small and battery powered so I don’t need to find a court with an outlet. Over the years, I’ve accidentally hit the flaps on the hopper so many times with my return shots that I broke the tabs that hold them in place. I searched the internet for replacements and found a place in the UK that had some. But, they only shipped to addresses in the UK. There was a link for US customers that took me to Sports Tutor. I sent a message asking if they had the replacement flaps and got an immediate response from the Service Manager, Peter Martinez. He said that not only did they have the flaps but that they’d send me a set for free if I provided my address. I did and they sent the parts right away, no charge. They were amazing. It’s been so long since I’ve seen such great customer service that I’d forgotten how kind a company can be. I fully recommend them. Thanks for your great help.
