Stopped by to inquire about membership after living nearby for years. Waited about 30 minutes at the front desk without being acknowledged—no greeting, no eye contact, no ‘I’ll be with you shortly.’ There were other people waiting as well, and some left without being helped. The staff member remained in a long conversation and didn’t manage the front desk at all. This gave the impression that walk-ins aren’t prioritized or welcomed. If this is a private or member-only environment, that should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, basic customer service expectations aren’t being met.

Owner is very rude to customers. Okay facility but the owner has no customer service skills at all and no business etiquette. We booked for our team practice way in advance. The owner booked it, but a few weeks later she said she made a mistake and that the club, who has been their customer for 8 years, need the same time slot we have booked, so she wants to move us to an earlier time that does not work for our team. Terrible customer service!

Okay facility, yet cheap owner wouldn’t open the AC even if it was damp and hot inside. Everyone was SWEATING

Solid facility but terrible experience with owner. Started out the day at the tourney with it being high 70s maybe 80s in the facility and when asked for AC was told that they were not willing to change it. Got onto us for having a small cooler with water. Doordashed some food over and it was delivered inside while I was playing a game. No food and drinks where allowed so was gonna keep it in the car but my food was promptly "confiscated" and the owner had to consider whether she'd give it back. It was like a $90 order. Am willing to put up with rules I disagree with but the poor attitude that my group and I was shown was not acceptable.

Poor design decision to have so little space for spectators around the actual courts, which results in the entire place feeling so stuffy and cramped when there are games on every court.
