We had an issue with our refrigerator not working. SCRC sent a repairman very quickly on the same day as the request. The repairman, Marco Ramirez, identified the problem quickly and also made the repairs quickly and accurately. Five stars.

Do not move here. Management is useless when it comes to communication. We had a hole in our ceiling for a month and the way it was handled was unprofessional and neglectful. We've had multiple issues - broken ac during a heat wave (they were supposed to supply a portable ac and never did), ceiling leak that remained unresolved for weeks as well as a hole in our ceiling, and being denied credits that were owed to us and weren't acknowledged until after a month of constant reaching out. Management has done nothing to accommodate us for the constant issues with our unit. They also refused to confirm whether our unit was safe to live in while the ceiling was open.

Not even deserving of one. Star. My daughter thankfully moved out of there. They will wait 9 months after your move out and without proof not send you their formulated move out bill but Will send it to a collection agency and here's the best part guys, it's not even the apartment number you lived in that the new credit agency is calling you on! Like what!?! How is this possible with a normal functioning brain? Who trains these people!?

I really enjoy living here! The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced, maintenance is extremely kind and works hard to ensure all issues are fixed as soon as possible, mail and laundry are straightforward and easy to use, and the pool is set up well to swim or relax and enjoy a warm day. The management team is incredibly good at what they do, and on top of that, are very kind and genuine people. It makes my day better getting to see Adilene and Trevonne, who always take the time to stop and have genuine conversation. It's obvious that they care, which is seriously appreciated!

I am a new resident, overall I enjoy living here. The complex is kept clean. Whenever you are actually able to get through the AI gate keeper (i.e. LIV) and get a hold of someone in the office the humans that work here are very pleasant. The maintenance men are great as well. Adilene is professional, kind and very knowledgeable of the in's and outs of this The only complaint I have is the choice of technology they use. This is not set up to be user friendly and it is obvious that there is not much support the administration gets to resolve these issues or even a say on how the system is set up or development and feedback is dismissed or not documented correctly. In this growing age of forcing technology into the normal business it is the technology interface that is very frustrating and causing bad user experience accross the board. Onboarding with this company was not a great experience because of the constant glitching of the application or even online portal. This caused a lot frustration and honestly I was about to walk away and look for another rental, however, Adilene was a breath of fresh area. While the manager (can not recall her name) dismissed my claims of glitching sys
