Had a nice experience going to Sip and Serve. Great modern facility and good drinks. We had a small situation with some food but some of the higher ups were able to help and make the experience a 10 out of 10. Izzy the bartender was also extremely nice and attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back with my family and friends.

I just hosted a private company event there and had a BLAST! Would absolutely recommend to people. The servers were all super kind and helpful, the courts and venue are great, good food and drinks, and they’re very easy to work with! Our event had over 100 people and it all went smoothly and everyone was saying what a fun time they had, even the people who had never played pickleball before. Highly recommend!

Disappointing business outlook and customer service. My friend and I were invited to the N Central location by some friends who were already there. We were excited to try a new, local location with the weather being crummy. We arrived around 4:50pm and we let the staff know that we were unsure whether to sign up for the 4-5:30pm versus the 5:30-7:00pm open plays. The gentleman at the front advised I should keep mine at 4 (done on the app we downloaded on the way there) and my friend should keep his at 5:30 and we could play our full time. We took them at their word and started playing at 5:00pm. Promptly at 5:30pm, a hostess came to our court midgame and advised open play was over. This was confusing, because it contradicted what the man prior stated. We packed our bags and went to the front to clarify. The hostess stated there had been people before us who had overstayed their open play. We weren't sure what that had to do with our stay, but we let her know we had only played 30min of the 1.5hrs we paid for. She advised that if we wanted to keep playing, we would pay another $25 for the next open play. We asked for opportunities to split the time and keep playing with friends, a

I attended the grand opening and really enjoyed the courts, color scheme and design of the place, super classy. It’s a place that’s more than just for pickleball, the food and service are amazing. It’s actually a great place to hangout as well. Words don’t do it justice, you’ll have to experience it for yourselves.

Able to attend a soft opening for this facility. Was impressed with the courts, social areas and lounge with full bar and kitchen. They also serve coffee products. The wait staff was attentive and informative. A special shout out to our server, Carly. The food was very good. The atmosphere is relaxing with background music unobtrusive in the lounge area. It should be a great place for social gathering while playing pickleball. There are multiple areas to gather and sit down. The menu is adequate. The court lighting is very sufficient. There are plenty of big screen tvs strewn throughout the place. Did not see any auto scorers for games available. Overall a great experience with anticipation of more gatherings there in the future with the full opening.
