Stayed in 802. While Sea Gull has all the wonderful comforts of home & is a great vacation getaway place, you need to be prepared to be completely unplugged. Cellular signals are too weak to create a reliable hotspot. Beach access was perfect & the view was amazing, but you can’t send pictures of it to anyone or post it on social media from the condo. Even the staff said they’re aware it’s spotty. Spectrum is the source but has done nothing to improve it. We couldn’t even Google to identify a snake we saw in the gulf waters or identify birds we saw. We missed a call from a doctor’s office we’d been waiting for. We couldn’t return the call either! No signal. No way to check the weather app. No access to Google the best restaurants. We wanted to escape screen time but not like this.

We liked the resort and condos so much that we bought a condo in 2026. Beautiful views of the beach and gulf as well as Corpus Christi Bay. Great sunsets and sunrises. Quiet location approximately 7 miles south of Pt. Aransas. Easy to get to the many good restaurants if we don’t feel like cooking in our condo. Excellent amenities onsite and 24-hour staffing at the front desk.

The place is so close to the beach, you are down by the water in a few short minutes. The pool is very clean and even being the 1st week of November, felt great. The surf wasn't too rough. Gulf water temperature was in the middle 70s. It felt very refreshing.
