The YMCA is a great option for exercising, especially for folks who are older, on a budget wanting a broad range of exercise options, and not motivated by the macho exercise vibe. And that's mainly who you will find there.

I like this Y. The weight room has all new machines and lots of them and it's very quiet. I appreciate the two open class rooms that you can use when class is not in session. This has worked out well for me.

It's been very clean lately. Hope that continues with good staff & supervision. Hope like to see up dated bike parking & security. Bikes are super expensive now & components can clip right off.

First time here, and a National Member from Ft Worth, Texas. Loved this place! Clean, friendly staff, lots of light, high ceilings, plenty of room and a huge variety of nice and new equipment. Loved the gym and the pool. Thanks SB Y!
