We are an active family nudist resort affiliated with AANR located under the warm South Texas sun! Whether you select to rent one of our beautiful deluxe suites, lease a scenic site for your RV, or purchase one of the select manufactured homes in our resort, you are sure to experience what it means to live in an energetic, welcoming community. From the moment you enter the gate, you are greeted with towering palm trees, manicured grounds, expansive pools, modern buildings, new pickleball and tennis courts, and most importantly our friendly office staff who are there to make your stay a wonderful and fulfilling experience. Our grounds provide a lush and tranquil backdrop to the wide variety of entertaining events and activities enjoyed.

My wife and I spent this past winter (Oct 2025-April 2026) at Sandpipers. We full-time RV and have visited many nudist and textile places that refer to themselves as a "resort". SPR is, in my opinion, the closest thing to a resort that I've ever visited. Their amenities are are very nice and the activities are incredible. There is some type of daily activity...everyday. The staff are all super friendly and strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible. This was our first visit and we have already made plans to spend next winter at SPR! I absolutely recommend SPR. Come for a visit, you won't regret it!

Sandpipers is an amazing community. It is a nudist resort and then some. Separate volleyball pool, and large swimming pool. Both are well maintained. Big hot tub as well. There are pickleball/tennis courts too. Plenty of activities in the winter months. Lots to choose from to keep you busy. Or you can just relax and enjoy. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make this a safe and welcoming place.

We visited Sandpipers for a week and had a great time with very welcoming folks. Came back a year later and stayed a month. Following year we became Winter Texans and stayed all season! We love the owner, our neighbors , the grounds and facilities, and all the activities. Best RV resort in the Valley!!

Sandpiper resort. When we drove through the gate it was like a different world. It was very well organized and maintained. We were sold right after our tour. The staff and residences were very accommodating and treated everyone as a fiend We are anxious to see everyone this fall.

Sandpipers is a wonderful community. We have been staying at Sandpipers for the last 6 years. Whenever we arrive we feel like we are at home. We have made many life long friends. The staff is wonderful.
