My kids really enjoyed their first tennis lesson! There were about five coaches, and they all seemed very friendly and encouraging. The class was well organized, and the kids had a great time while learning. We’re definitely looking forward to the next lessons!

My son enjoys both private lessons and group clinic with Coach Brandon. He says, “Coach Brandon is great at working through any problems with your game. He makes the lesson a workout as well as technique building. The clinics have a great high energy, they are the right size so everyone gets feedback and insight from Coach Brandon. They are the right level of competitiveness so everyone feels inspired to try harder.”

Over the course of their junior careers, we went through probably every coach working in San Diego, North County. At the end, our two girls finished up their high school and USTA Junior tennis careers at San Diego Tennis Lessons. The quality of the training was an incredible value for players at such a high-level of ability. And the personal interest in their lives and careers that coach Brandon expressed made them want to keep coming back for more. Lessons aren't much use without practice. We always look at the ability of the other students who are there to practice to be able to practice with at clinics. Drill practice with as many players as possible at the same level is just as important as lessons. San Diego Tennis Lessons provides that. At one time, there were 6 players attending the advanced clinic who held the number 1 spots on their varsity tennis teams. During our time at SDTL, one daughter won the very tough Pomerado League singles championships, while the other earned 3rd place at CIF. There were also many 1st place finishes at local USTA Junior tournaments. Both kids are now off at college playing tennis for their varsity teams. We stay in touch with Brandon. You m

Highly recommend. My son has been doing the group lessons for several months now as well as tennis camps at Del Norte over the summer. He has fun at class and I'm super impressed with how fast his skills have progressed. He started as a beginner in a group that I was worried would be too advanced for him, but Coach Brandon was flexible and patient and has done a great job of getting him up to the level of his classmates. My husband and I are thinking we'll have to take a few lessons with Coach Brandon ourselves so that we can practice effectively with our son!

Coach Brandon has great reviews working with kids and I can honestly say he works really well with adults too! It can be very challenging learning a new sport as an adult. Coach Brandon is extremely patient and very encouraging! I really appreciate his emphasis on technique which is really valuable even though you are just planning to play recreationally.
