I would like to give special recognition to the Tire & Battery Center at Sam’s Club. The young woman at the front desk was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They treated every customer with respect and were always willing to help. I felt genuinely respected here, and they took great care of my tire. The service was excellent, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center, and I encourage everyone to become a Sam’s Club member.

Just got my membership today and already off on a bad start. Purchased the plus membership because of the free delivery on big orders. Placed a $300 order at 2:30pm to be delivered same day from 6-8pm according to the website. Never received my order today even though I placed it over 5 hours ahead of time. Really considering the membership now and might just stick to Costco. Not to mention I called them 7 times with no answer or updates. Just a waiting game with no answers and no order delivered in the end. Please don’t mess with peoples food when they have busy schedules and families to feed, and trust your delivery policy as well. I hope to hear back from someone because this is not ok. We had dinner plans and no groceries tonight. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was my first order MINUTES after being excited about my new membership only to be let down

Today, I was there with three different orders with Instacart. As, I approached the checker, I explained who I was and I had three different orders. I think she wanted to scan the water and sodas first. But, since does items were not for one costumer, I had to purchased it in the is Oder I had it. . I tried to explain that but she refused to listen and got irritated. She kept saying she couldn’t get the heavy items into the checkstand so she wanted to scan them first, at least I believe that’s what she said, “ well, don’t the checker have scanners, the little black mouse to scan heavy items? That’s what most checkers do with heavy items. Well, we didn’t communicate I let the checkstand as other costumers approached she began to laugh. I don’t see anything funny in this. Anyway, I went to self check out I had no problem scanning any items I use the scanner for heavy items. I tried to talk to a manager, there was a girl with black hair, who spoke some weird Spanish, I tried to explain the situation and I didn’t understand anything she said. Plus, I ask to speak to a manager and she refuses to call her. Anyway, I did all the payment on the self check out. I had no problem scanning an

Mireya was very rude and very unprofessional to me and other clients her attitude was very nasty. A guy before me told her to chill out because she questioned him for coming back in a second time. He’s a member and shouldn’t be questioned as to why he’s coming back in if he has a membership. she shouldn’t work in client services if she can’t have a nice attitude because she was amargada and rude from the start she let white people go in but questioned us when we were at the door overall very rude and unprofessional

Sam's club is always busy, but the prices are hard to beat if you are buying items like milk, cheese, meat, bread, cupcakes, frozen foods. I like Sam's club better for fundraising or big crowds since I like their selection of sweets. Members Mark is Sam's club brand which is just as good as Costco's Kirkland brand. Sometimes there’s a wait for the rotisserie chicken so just be aware. There will be a lot of folks waiting by it.
