I’ve had several frustrating experiences with Sam’s Club recently, both with delivery and curbside pickup. For my business, I frequently place delivery orders. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told that no one was available to receive the order, even though our childcare center is open during the scheduled delivery times and someone is always at the front door. It often seems like drivers don’t want to walk up to the entrance, and instead mark the delivery as if no one is available. Because of those repeated issues, I decided to use curbside pickup instead. Unfortunately, that experience was just as disappointing. The associate knocked aggressively on my trunk, then immediately started tossing heavy items like milk and bleach into the back of my SUV. I politely asked him not to throw the groceries because I didn’t want anything damaged, but instead of responding professionally, he became argumentative and said there wasn’t enough room. There was plenty of space in my trunk. To make matters worse, my bread was smashed under other items because everything was being thrown in without any care. These groceries are for the children at my childcare center, and I expect food to be hand

Was very disappointed and grossed out to received moldy and gross grapes. They were delivered to my house and were icy so must’ve been in the back for awhile . Thinking of canceling my membership & going elsewhere

Never go to Sams. Worst employees! Worst customer service! Employees treat you like trash! Had a membership for over a year and was NEVER ABLE TO GET A HOTDOG, because the line was so long. Terrible business! Learn how to handle high volume and get the cash register going faster! You intentionally slow down your own cash register! Bad business move!

Many thanks to Sam's club bakery of Grand prairie. The ordering process online helped a lot but the location was well maintained. The people there had good customer service. We will be back later on if need be for future events.

Blanca in the flower department is the best.! I have been getting custom flower arrangements for The last year. If not longer from her and she always does an amazing job. She is quick to have the order ready, and they’re always so beautiful. Highly recommend working with her if you need any flower arrangements!
