Called about road hazard on a tire. 18 minutes on hold. Called back and the lady that answered the phone was very short and rude when I asked to speak to a manager when I explained why, she stated " so the other store helped you? Do you still need something?" She transferred me back to the tire center, not a manager. The attitude at the tire center explained they only had two staff, I explained that I waited 18 minutes on hold. He said" anything else we can do for you?rude on the phone then hung up. Won't be spending any more money on tires at this store. And, I purchase 4 at a time when I do Way to go Sam's. I cannot believe the disrespect towards customers. Called the Osage store, and was helped in a timely manner, guess we will do business elsewhere.

Big shout out for Ivette. All I needed was a big box to hold 7 different types of flowers. Another lady told me to get the ones at the front which were small, clearly that wasn't going to work. Ivette jogged and was able to help accommodate me as these flowers will be going to a funeral. Thank you so much Ivette, these flowers won't be crushed in the big box you provided.

This sams has more availability than the other as well as an amazing sushi variety. However, the reason for posting is the Cafe. The way sams has started implementing online ordering is just pure chaos. Nothing is in order. Not to mention difficult and confusing for MANY customers. But yesterday was just absolutely wild to me that sams would have ONE employee in the cafe while MANY customers unknowing ordering have no idea how long it will take due to only having one person and her making it as people come up to the counter and show their order. Poor girl was hanging on for dear life while customers lined up watching and waiting for their orders. Talk about pressure! I hope upper management sees this and implements some changes. I know the online ordering is from higher up but 1 worker is just crazy.

I have been loving all the new food items at Sam's. The sushi 🍣 and spring rolls have been top notch. They also have introduced more protein enriched foods that are delicious. The Halloween 👻🎃 and Christmas ⛄🎁 decor the last couple of years have also been amazing. I also seen a lot of different items with Dallas Cowboys on them. I saw some plates I'm going to buy for family dinner. Also the staff have been helpful and friendly!
