Project Fighting Chance hosts their programs here and my child always feels safe and welcome here. The staff are amazing and supportive. The parking lot and paved areas around the community center have been repaved in the past year, greatly adding to visual appeal and accessibility of the property. Highly recommend.

Newly rehab amenities, artifical turf soccer field, brand new asphalt.all unhoused individuals have been vacated. Community center offers soccer for all ages, baseball for youths, homework assistance, after-school programs such as music lessons, chess, arts and crafts, boxing,group physical education. They provide snacks for children outside basketball court, patrolled by redwood armed security guards I've even seen,on Wednesdays, SBPD speaking with children in a group setting to prevent delinquency . To my knowledge no child gets turned away. Transportation available for project fighting chance( within san Bernardino school district)

It is ashame the pool is closed to under privileged kids on the west side. I have lived all 76 years of my life on the west side on used to swing at pool at age 5. At 76 I have no personal use for the pool. But there are children that cannot get to other areas of SB to use pools no transporting. Than we wonder why so many feel they don't fit in.

Awsome place, I take my son for the arts class every Tuesday & Thursday.. he loves art. We also attended the little royals club on Saturdays sometimes it's fun for the kids. He also gets a meal there sometimes witch honestly aren't all that great AT ALL but it's still a nice they TRY and include that
