The machines after the renovation make it completely unwinnable and rigged. Some of the machines are just straight up not grabbing anything. They replaced 90% of the machines with hook machines, which make winning all based on luck and no skill. No pity, no winning plays, no nothing. The classic machines that still have bars and boxes don’t have enough room to slide the box through to win, and if you bring it up to an employee they’ll show you it’s possible using their fingers and not the claw itself, so technically “it’s winnable.” Dextrous fingers are not the same as metal crane claws by the way. That was the female manager too! So don’t come here if you want to win, go to Grapevine instead. We spent $140 and only won 4 prizes— before the renovations I used to be able to win 10 prizes with just $120. I would ask for a trash bag to hold all of my prizes a few months ago! I know every single trick to win and they won’t work here. Even the greasy gamers don’t play here anymore. GO TO GRAPEVINE! DON’T COME HERE! You won’t have fun and you’ll waste all your money.

Typical arcade.. They have a large assortment of games and claw machines. The price versus credits, I would not spend any on the crane machines, It's a complete ripoff. If you're going to spend that amount for a kid to have fun, just do the games. We went on a tuesday afternoon, It was not packed at all.

Great location! Friendly staff, too. Anthony, Theo and Myra all have amazing customer service skills. It's like they show up everyday to work with a smile on their face. They never seem to get annoyed when we need assistance with the crane machines either! Keep it up! 👍

I took my kids to this huge arcade/ bowling game attraction. So many games I've never seen before, lots of claw machine games, they've got pool tables as well. Did not do bowling, but it looked nice plenty of lanes. They got awesome prizes you can win for all ages. They also got food, snacks, alcohol..
