Completely overtaken by the community it surrounds. The golf experience was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had during a day outing. The staff are difficult and accusatory. The maintenance workers are rude, unapologetic, and crass. While I made it abundantly clear to the staff that it was my first time ever playing golf on a real course, I was approached more than once by staff and told to hurry up, even though my friend and I let everyone play through and go ahead of us (it was just the two of us, and he was hitting close to par every hole, so it was only me slowing us down). I’ve never, in my life, been so discouraged after trying something new. We adhered to every single rule they asked us to, and were out by the time we were supposed to be, yet we were given grief at every turn. The maintenance workers were talking loud enough that we could hear them clearly speaking and cursing loudly, even while we were trying to line up a drive. They told us we had to stay on the path even though we literally never veered off of it. The club is managed, used, and enforced by elderly residents who have nothing better to do than tell people to get off their golf course. I live

Amazing facility and golf course. My friends and I had a pleasure playing there today for an LPGA amateur golf event. We all absolutely love the course and the team members were wonderful hosts. We had a terrific time.

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at the clubhouse! Our food was delicious and our servers took great care of us! Can’t wait to go back!

We hosted an event at River Hills Country Club and the space was absolutely beautiful! Elegant, warm, and perfect for what we envisioned. I am forever grateful for Shane, who truly made the entire event what it was. He worked with us seamlessly on every detail, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and went above and beyond to make everything look stunning. Shane was truly the best, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend River Hills Country Club for all of your events!!!
