I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent visit to your establishment on March 14th. During our visit, my group was ignored for fifteen minutes by a bartender who was not wearing a name tag and had visible script tattoos (no issue with tattoos, i have a sleeve. It's the only descriptive identifier for the awful bartender) When he finally acknowledged us, he prioritized other guests and eventually handed our service off to another staff member named Iman. I would like to note that Iman provided excellent service and was the only positive aspect of our experience. Meanwhile, the initial bartender stepped outside, leaving the station unattended. He attempted to apologize saying he was "closing a tab", which was not true. He was pouring shots and chatting them up. Not an issue at all if the bar isn't busy. It definitely was since it was dinner time. I didn't accept his laughable attempt at an apology, which lead to petty behavior hours later. I used to like this place but updates in prices and lack of helpful knowledgeable staff is now non existent. Stood in line for 40 min for the go karts with my daughter who was going to ride in a dbl cart with me as my other kiddo was riding with my significant other as we go to get on karts I am told my daughter is too tall to ride with me...it says no where that they cannot be over 48 inches to ride doubles. She cannot drive by herself due to a disability so we had to sit out after a 40 min wait. I would have not purchased 4 passes for this had I known that. Definitely will stick to Dave and Busters or Pinballz as they both have accommodated us in our needs. I will make sure not to send any of the kids from our youth group here either. Education from your staff is key shame on you. Multiple games inside just take your credits. Every single claw game is a min $2 a play. Definitely not worth the money spent

can i just say, wow. i loved this place! i was on vacation to texas to visit my older brother, my sister in law and my niece, and my older brother took us to this place and on the car ride here he said there are arcade games and indoor rides and some rides outdoor and i was super excited!! so we arrived here, and long story short i had so much fun with my brothers and my niece at this place. this is more than just a restaurant, it’s a really fun place like it has a little indoor drop tower, indoor roller coaster, rock climbing, bowling, laser tag and a bunch of arcade games, while on the outside there are go karts, mini golfing, baseball, etc. this place just offers so much more than you think, and it’s just a fun place. i wanna go back to texas already just to come here again. LOVE this place

This is a great place to spend the day. It has lots of different things to keep you entertained. They didn't have a good selection of pizza this time around. But other than that it was good fun.

Not as adult-oriemted as advertised. Lots of kids running around in the bar area. The drinks were strong, and good, but not too many non-tequila cocktail options. The food was okay, but the AHI NACHOS WERE THE BEST. I will be back for those ahi nachos, but the southwest egg rolls and cheese fries were just okay. The taquitos were so tiny, and cute, but not as big as pictured! Still good flavor, but they need a cheese sauce or something because the chicken was a tad dry. Ice cream nachos were a good dessert. Honestly, not amazing, but pretty neat. The service was good, our waiter was attentive.
