Stayed in many Residence Inns with my family throughout my years in business but this one surprised me and not in a good way. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful but this was by far the cheapest quality, construction and most poorly kept and managed hotel I have stayed in. 1) the AC register to the bedroom did not work so someone thought it would be a good solution to have a large stand alone ac unit standing there in the middle of the wall blocking access to that side of the bed. It had error code E5 showing and did not work when we got into the room. 2) Both the Florescent bulbs were out on our large bath mirror, 3) the bath sink would barely drain, 4) the shower body wash was empty, 5) the fit and finish on the door trim (drywall screws holding the bottoms of the door trim in place as an example). 6) the comforter was too short and too narrow as my wife and I were pulling it away from each other all night both nights and no additional blanket was available. 7) I used the aux first floor bath at one point and was surprised to see a roll of paper towels on the counters for guests usage to dry hands. 8) There was no soap in that bathroom. 9) The stall in that toilet a

We had such a great experience here! I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back. Full kitchen came in handy! Loved the lovely lady working the breakfast she was so sweet! The indoor pool was nice and clean. Tyler helped us alot with questions and check in process she was great!

booked this hotel and arrived with my family. The staff was very kind and helpful. The issue is with the cleanliness of the rooms. The first room was dirty and still had other people’s belongings/products inside. The door was also open when we arrived. We asked to be moved to another room, and they kindly did, but the cleanliness still was not the best. They also did not have body wash or the necessary toiletries/products in the room.
