This Residence Inn surpasses our expectations, and we are thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Destiny, our front desk guest agent, provided comprehensive information regarding the amenities included in our extended stay. She informed us of the availability of complimentary breakfast, the 24-hour gym, the movie theater, free Wi-Fi access, pool time, and onsite washers and dryers. Additionally, she provided information about the nearby restaurants and assured us that any dry cleaning needs would be promptly addressed. The cleanliness and pleasant aroma of the hotel were consistently maintained, prompting us to extend our stay beyond the initial days. We needed a quick place to stop and rest during our travels at early hours of the morning, and Residence Inn by Marriott Beaumont was exactly what we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day on the road. Everyone we encountered was helpful and professional, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with outstanding service, I would definitely recommend Residence Inn by Marriott Beaumont. We would gladly stay here again

They dont have enough parking and there are no lights on the side and back parking areas. We had to ask for a second room because of the smell inside the first room. The door to the second room was proped open when we got to it. This morning the decaf coffee was cool and the bold was out. They did add to the bold but not the decaf. The bed was good and the air worked great. Staff were helpful. I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels and rarely leave bad reviews but this hotel needs some work.
