I had a great move-in experience! Our leasing agent, Daniel, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process and was always willing to answer our questions and guide us every step of the way. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the community is peaceful, quiet, and in a great location. One of the biggest perks is the parking—residents have designated spaces, with plenty of additional parking available for guests and extra vehicles, so towing is never a concern. We did have a few minor maintenance issues on move-in day, but they were addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, the experience has been excellent, and we’re very happy with our decision to move here. Thank you, Daniel, and the entire team, for making the process so smooth and welcoming!

Genaro did a great job taking care of all the issues, especially the A/C, which really helped me get through these hot days. He also fixed the sliding screen door, which I had forgotten to include in my request. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Genaro!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can not explain the disappointment my husband I experienced living here. We rented a unit for 1 year and did not have a fully functioning apartment until the last 6 months. During our year there, we saw a lot of turn around- people tend to not stay long. Looks are deceiving as they promise use of the amenities then later email you restrictions. The office staff is very kind, specifically Daniel and the older lady who I wish I got the name of. The actual property manager is TERRIBLY RUDE- she sits at the far left desk when walking in. The apartments are all millennial grey and they are cheaply and poorly made! BE CAREFUL, I think their business model is to rent you a good looking, shitty apartment to then overcharge you when things break or become damaged. The amenities are often locked and unusable. Security gates are always broken! The utilities are also very expensive- you are forced to pay for pest control YET my husband and I often found pincher bugs in our place. Honestly- just don't do it. Or do it short term, and report everything, keep a paper trail- these people make money off increasing your rent after a year and over charging you. Also, there i

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. There is dog waste everywhere, and the dog bag stations are rarely stocked. I’ve had issues with German roaches in my apartment since the very first day of my move in and when I reported it and emailed the leasing manager and never got a response. When I made a maintenance request maintenance only sprayed some corners. When my dryer was replaced, there was a rat inside it. Maintenance set a trap but didn’t remove it, I had to remove the traps myself. The rat remained there for about a month until I had to take care of it myself. There is black mold in my toilet, and the only response was someone cleaning it with bleach — the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I gave up trying to even call any of my issues in because they do the bare minimum. My car, along with several others, was broken into because the gates have been broken and left open. I emailed management about it and never received a response. The front entrance gate that’s used for tours has never worked in nearly two years I’ve lived here, even though the property is advertised as “gated.” I honestly feel like tenant concerns are not being taken seriously. UPDATED REVIEW (7/12/2025): Unfortunately I've had to come back and drop down my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. The lease renewal process has been a complete headache and I was incorrectly charged for a lapse in renter's insurance which was not accurate. It has taken over a month and a half for it to be corrected, with me having to bring it to their attention multiple times. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner, if they even respond at all. I've also been receiving incessant texts that at first appear to be a leasing assistant but it's actually just a bot. No matter what I respond, it keeps sending me texts that are not relevant to my grievances. Very annoying and not helpful at all. I also still have ongoing maintenance issues that are never correctly resolved. I had a running toilet that the maintenance staff has come 3 times to fix and it's still running. Also still having water temperature issues. I was going to renew my lease for another year but with how frustrating the renewal process was, it changed my decision to move forward with month to month instead as I start to look for other housing options.
