Pool was clean went to the event for bts pool party with my neices. No I'm not a fan but they had so much fun. The only thing was the bathroom for some odd reason had a water hose on and it was very slippery in there and the stalls were gross. Other than that the women lifeguards were so sweet to the kids. Will definitely go back.

I've been to going this center for the past 3 years and the staff gets worse every year. They are extremely rude to the patrons, especially the young children. My daughter is only 6, loves to swim and has asked to never go back. We found the Euless one is much more pleasant and the staff are polite and respectful even when asking children to follow the rules. There was no yelling or reprimanding children by scolding. My daughter hasn't left there in tears once unlike the randall mill center.

Called the day before to make sure that you could bring a cooler in, they told me , yes, but if it was on wheels i would have to pay $10 to bring it in. fast forward to Saturday, I get there, went to pay and they told me that I had to oay $10 extra for my small cooler. they need to make sure that their people who answer the phone with newbie questions know the rules..had a good time despite that. one thing though, they dont replace the broken sun chairs. and ALOT of them are broken they wont recline up so you can sit instead of laying down.

We have been coming here for years. This water park has seen both our kiddos at every stage of development. Year after year it remains clean and well maintained which is rare for a public facility. They have a concession stand now which is awesome but you can also bring in your own food and drink…the concession stand is new to me but such a good addition. My kiddos love every part of the park and I like it because it isn’t too big and I can always get my eye on them even from the chairs. There is good shaded seating also. It gets busy and full but I have always been able to find something eventually.

We went to Randol Mill Aquatic Center when we were in Texas last summer, and it was exactly what was needed. It was ridiculously hot... like “step outside and instantly sweat through your shirt” hot. This was the perfect cool-down spot. We went with friends who were invited to a birthday party, so we got to tag along and experience the local scene instead of the big touristy stuff. And let me tell you: Texas knows how to do a splash park. Other states need these--or maybe I just haven’t been invited to the right ones yet 😂 The kids were in absolute heaven. Water everywhere, splash features, pools shallow enough for the littles, and big enough spaces that everyone had room to play without getting bulldozed. I got to sit in knee-deep water and pretend I wasn’t melting. Win-win. It felt safe, clean, and super family-friendly- just regular people enjoying their day, and no pressure to do anything except show up and let the kids burn energy. One of my favorite parts of the trip was being somewhere the locals go, not something built for tourists. If you’re anywhere near Arlington in the summer and need to cool off, this place is a no-brainer. Would 100% go again — and now I’m convinc
