I’ve been playing tennis for about a year now, and Sergio has honestly been one of the most helpful people I’ve met in the tennis world so far. I went through the demo program and tested around five different racquets, including the Prestige MPL and Pure Strike. Sergio took the time to walk me through not just the racquets themselves, but also the differences in string setups, string patterns, tension, feel, control, and overall playing experience. You can immediately tell he really knows his craft. What I appreciated most is that he never made me feel like a beginner asking “dumb” questions. He was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out what works best for my game instead of just trying to sell equipment. I’ve met with him 3 times now, and each time I walked away learning something new about tennis and racquet setups. For newer players especially, having someone this knowledgeable guiding you makes a huge difference. Really appreciate all the help, Sergio — looking forward to continuing my tennis journey with your advice.

Went to Racquetstore today after confirming that the new 2026 Pure Aeros were in stock. They have so much in stock right now. This store may be the only store with the racquets now so go and get them because they will sell out fast! Vu was very helpful in helping me pick 3 racquets with similar specs seeing how I had a bad experience with Tennis Warehouse years ago. Great customer service as always!
