Stopped by looking to get a new racquet but came out with new shoes, new balls, a new bag and two racquets! Prices were very reasonable. The staff lady was very nice in helping me choose which racquet is good for me! Will stop by again.

I had a disappointing experience at this store due to the attendant's unprofessional behavior. Upon entering, I noticed she was having lunch, so I patiently waited for her to finish. However, when I approached her for assistance with my badminton racquet, her response was dismissive. She brusquely told me to move the racquet away from her and was rude when I inquired about the appropriate string tension, stating that I should have known this information beforehand. Unfortunately, this has discouraged me from returning to the store.

I recently, 3/8/22, found this place and bought a Badminton Yonex racquet and also paid for new string for my daughter. After 1 month of play, the string broke. She is not a big hitter and had been playing in my other rackets for years without any string problem before this new one strung from this store. I brought it back requesting the store manager, Maggie and owner Ray to consider covering half of the cost to replace the string, not even requesting for full coverage. They refused and automatically blamed it on my daughter hitting it incorrectly and that I bought a thinner string while they had no idea or ever saw my daughter played or didn't even contemplate it could have been a string defect. I am a sensible customer however with customer services like this, I can't recommend this place. I am sad and disheartened by the attitude of the store manager and owner, although I think they maybe the same person, one disguised behind email. Avoid this place if you can!

Nice little badminton shop with very competitive prices. It's not a very big store but chances are you'll find what you're looking for here. Edit: Seems like they changed the location to a less busy plaza, and I'm all for it. I will say I was a bit confused when I pulled up and had to circle around trying to find the entrance, but I eventually did. Pricing is still competitive even in 2023, with the AS-50's costing less than their online counterparts. Would highly recommend!
