Decent stay. Friendly staff. The locks are an absolute nightmare! I hope they get ride of it. Success rate of opening the door with the ridiculous lock is 2/10. My room was relatively clean but I wish they provide body wash too instead of just shampoo and conditioner. The sink didn’t have a drain cover so we had a dead cockroach near the toilet the next day. Breakfast is decent. Overall you get what you pay for. If you want more, visit Marriott next door.

The front desk service and breakfast were good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is old and can use some renovations. The price was right. I'll stay there again.

When you think luxury, your mind probably doesn’t go to the Quality Inn off of University Ave. I’m here to change your mind. The gentleman at the front desk said that he’s called the “old man”, and didn’t give his name. The customer service he provided was of the upmost quality. We felt thoroughly welcomed, and his wit, smile, and helpfulness was the cherry on top of our experience. Aside from the superb experience with the front desk, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. After a long day experiencing Riverside, anyone would be lucky to rest their precious little head on the plush pillows provided. The water pressure feels exactly like massage jets hitting all the right spots, comparable to an experience in the Amazonian rainforest. Housekeeping comes by to make your bed and provide extra of those soft extra long fluffy towels. The air conditioning really added the old razzle dazzle to the room. It felt like an ocean breeze… the location is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from an excellent coffee shop nearby for your morning caffeine needs. Don’t get me started on the continental breakfast! Juicy sausage, mouth watering eggs, and fluffy waffles to fulfill all of your b

Great location. Fast free wifi. Free contential breakfast. Free coffee & tea in rooom. Small refrig, microware, iron and ironing board in room. Rooms a little dated & worn, but always clean and tidy. Well insulated for noise from other room and upstairs.
