To the Director, QD Academy, I am writing to inform you that I am withdrawing my child from your after-school program immediately. This is due to the consistently unprofessional and toxic environment you are running. The facility smells bad, the fifth-grade teachers are rude and disrespectful, and I have heard disturbing reports of racism toward Black families in your program. Your staff—or anybody there—feels comfortable sharing personal information about parents to people, even while those parents are still enrolled here. That kind of behavior is inappropriate and can be related to law enforcement. I will not leave my child in a place that is poorly maintained, hostile, and discriminatory. Do not contact me again. All the teachers and administrators have been very nice. My daughter really enjoyed her first classes. I'm looking forward to continuing our kids' education here.

Excellent place for children to learn and have fun! The school is spacious and clean. Kids love to play in the huge gym between classes. The principal smiles all the time and is well-liked by students; the staff is friendly; and the teachers are experienced!

It's better than Huayi, the gym is great and in good hands. But all teachers look like they are forced to do this and barely care about their kids. I saw one teacher yelling at her kid to stop crying and the kid was literally like 5! They NEED to be more comforting if they want students to keep going there.

QD academy is great! All teachers and administrators are very nice people; they treat students and parents with care and respect. They give kids advanced homework, offer a variety of extracurricular classes: chess, art, writing, speech, Chinese, robotics, etc. My kid thoroughly enjoyed coming to QD, learned a lot, and made several friends too! 100% recommend!
