What a great experience! I'm visiting from out of the area for the weekend and decided to take an Aerial Shots clinic with Carlos, which was excellent! I learned a lot about placement and strategy. I appreciated how easy it was to book my clinic. I called other clubs in the area and they either require memberships, make only whole court reservations, or they had no open plays. Also, the price was comparable to what I pay for clinics at home. Highly recommended!

I used to come here regularly but had to stop. The staff are pretty hands-off, especially with sorting players by skill. The intermediate open play sessions are always full of beginners who lack basic hand-eye coordination, and it drags down the level of play. For intermediate and advanced players, it's just not fun. The skill level is so inconsistent that it's hard to justify the cost of coming back

I was visiting Los Angeles from Miami and was really looking forward to trying out Pura Padel, but unfortunately the experience fell short. The biggest issue was the lack of staff and overall management. It felt like there weren’t enough people present to assist, organize, or keep things running smoothly. For a facility like this, especially one that likely sees a mix of regulars and visitors, I expected a much more attentive and structured environment. There was very little guidance, and at times it felt disorganized and chaotic. As someone visiting and trying something new, it wasn’t the most welcoming or seamless experience. The space itself has potential, but the lack of proper staffing and oversight really takes away from it. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Called 3 times before my reservation to see if the courts were playable after light rain in LA. No answer. No email alert, no notification in the app. Showed up to the court for my 2pm reservation. Courts were locked and even looked dry and playable. I genuinely love playing at these courts but the customer service (or lack thereof) is atrocious. Send out an email or alert saying not to come if the courts are going to be locked.

Pura Padel is a MUST when visiting LOS ANGELES willing to enjoy Padel. The space is fantastic, and very convenient. The Management and Coaches are exceptional. Diego Leal will get your level to a new height. Totally reccomended!!
