I went to sell my stuff. they said nah. We don't take new shoes. Only sports ones. I try to sell my old almost new pickleball paddle they said 10 dollars. Uh used is like 50. I was expecting at least half that like 30 bucks. But Yeah I'm going to try to sell the stuff on my own. Overall, play again makes more sense just renting out their inventory they'll make more that way. They also have to do more research on what items would and would not sell. Literally it feels like thrift store. Big 5 is right next door to buy budget gear so. Lots of these things are kind of over priced. A lot of expensive bats. They all types of used gear. Looks like sports items graveyard. I think they should try using offerup or ebay or facebook marketplace to get rid of the stuff. Way too much inventory. Keep the real good stuff rent it out for like day for 10 bucks. so people can try the sports or do a pop event or competition. I refer my friends here. There are some good items I say some. Plus people can always buy from temu, walmart, big 5, amazon, or aliexpress for sports gear. So yeah. Probably rental is their next big opportunity to make money. Most of this stuff is just TRASH or junk no offense

Got a great bat at a great price. They also expertly applied the new grip tape we bought. This should be your number one stop for your baseball needs. They have top of the line new and fantastic used. And bring your old gear to trade in!

Actually a one star, but I want to be fair. Please save yourself the time & go to a different business. Dick’s sporting goods or Big 5. Play again has people with no knowledge of sports or sports gear evaluating sports gear. Giving literal pennies on the dollar for a piece of equipment valued at over $100 everywhere else. My mistake was coming to this store first. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did. Go elsewhere.

This was my first time at any of the PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS and it was a very good experience. The stuff are super helpful DANNY and his morning crew were great. I went looking for baseball equipment and they did have a good selection, I found somethings that were priced reasonable for being used. I would definitely come back.

Currently still on hold. Called in to see if they have level 5 baseballs in stock before making the drive from Dimond bar to pasadena. I been to other play it again sports and love them but I just wanted to check this store out. Gentlemen answer quickly. I asked if they had them in stock and with a mild additude he said "level 5... yeah let me check" I been on hold now for going on 14 mins. I asked for new or used, I understand store gets busy but for a simple question this long of a wait? No thanks ill just keep supporting the other store who have better customer service.
