Brought my son in to get a glove and some baseball equipment and this place was awesome we got a great deal on some new and used items and even had his glove broken in for free!! They had everything we needed for baseball!! Definitely ask for Tanner he was amazing and you could tell he takes pride in customer service plus he was super knowledgeable about baseball he was super helpful and even saved a bag we had forgot when we left that day!! Great experience and prices were more than fair!! I’ll definitely be back!! Oh and they had an amazing golf ski snowboarding surfboard basketball and football section they carried everything!

Closed on time and wouldn't let me in to shop with a minute left so bad vote if you stay late you keep the owner happy and the customers happy. If it was my store I would wonder why I don't have after store sales coming in tells me the customer needed time and that's worth it.

Son needed ball glove relaced Contacted Josh. He set it up with another employee. Did and awesome job mystery man. Josh was great to deal with. Thank you HB Play It Again

Such a lovely store with amazing prices, amazing staff, atmosphere and selection. I've been to this store before to buy a ripstik and I got a really good deal, and the staff were really helpful. We asked for help about finding sizes for a snowboard and a snowboarding helmet, and we got helped immediately with great advice. Again, the staff here are very friendly and are very welcoming, enough to make me drive almost an hour just out of preference :)

Called the day before to find out holiday hours. Recording said they are open until 5 p.m. on the holiday. i drove 40 minutes in traffic and when I got there at 3:00 the employees closed and locked the doors as I was walking up saying they close at 3:00. Then upon returning the following day I was offered $100 for what advertise selling for over $600 and my items are in far better like new condition. I understand they need to make money but that's ridiculous. I'd expect at least half on items of this expense and quality is reasonable offer. That's outrageous and unfair to the people selling you rely on to keep your business going.
