We had fun! Not too crowded from 1-3pm on a Tuesday! Splash pad and toddler area in the pool. Call ahead for hours because it randomly closed at 3pm and we thought it would be open until 5pm. So call, don’t trust the hours posted!

The Plano Aquatic Center is a total summer lifesaver, and it has officially become an absolute must for our family routine. With the littles being well… little, I highly appreciate the wonderful splash pad area. Because my kids are all still learning to swim, taking them to a traditional deep pool by myself can feel completely overwhelming. However, with this fantastic splash pad option, I can easily take them all to have fun and cool off on my own without having to constantly worry about split attention and water safety. It provides such a massive peace of mind, which is a huge win for any parent managing multiple young children. The facilities are always incredibly clean, safe, and beautifully well-kept, making the entire experience feel comfortable and relaxing. Every time we visit, I pack a bag with the kids' bottled waters filled with ice, a few of their favorite snacks, and plenty of sunscreen. Because the shaded seating options and the clean restrooms are so close by, the setup is incredibly convenient. Booked a private after hours birthday party at this location, everyone had tons of fun. Staff was kind and accommodating. Will definitely come back. You can bring your own food & drinks. Lifevests available for kids

Great staff and trainers! It's easy to talk to instructors about your kid’s progress, and they have adult classes too. The facility is clean, featuring family changing rooms plus separate areas for men and women. Highly recommend!

The Plano Aquatic Center is an excellent facility for swimming and family recreation. The pool areas are clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for all age groups. The water is well regulated, and safety is clearly a priority, with attentive and professional lifeguards on duty. The facility is spacious and organized, making it comfortable even during busy hours. It’s a great place for kids to learn swimming, for families to spend quality time, and for adults to enjoy lap swimming or fitness activities. Staff members are friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, a well-run aquatic center that offers fun, safety, and value for the community. Highly recommended.
