The manager here has the best customer service I have had in a long time! The gym is clean and staff are super helpful! This location does need new equipment the equipment they have is very old but the customer service makes up for it!

Best gym with the best staff! Rosy is the best staff member always willing to give a helping hand when asked! She always makes my gym experience more comfortable and makes me enjoy coming to the gym. I always see her doing her job while making sure guests feel welcome!

This is a good gym I’ve been coming here for 5 years but it gets a 1 star June through August when they let 8 million teenagers come for free. They should let everyone come for free those 3 months because the place is way over crowded with teenagers sitting on machines for like 10 minutes between sets playing on their phones. Put some signs up that say “stay off your phones while on machines”.

First let me start this review by saying this gym deserves a 10 out of 10. I only marked it down. Because people only read the bad reviews and this is important. As a disabled man. Life can be hard already. I wanted to acknowledge how great they are with everything. BUT, and it’s a big one. They very badly need to get a machine for calf raises. They have an old manual one. Where you have to carry the weights to put them on the machine. This is Obviously just too much for someone who is just trying to walk again. As a very happy member. Please step up on this. So other people. Disabled or not can enjoy the benefits. I have supplied a photo of a manual calf machine. This is NOT the one they have at their facility. But a similar machine. The other photo is the type they should have but don't. A standing calf machine for example would be a no go for anyone with standing issues or walking problems. Thank You In Advance Dave

Planet fitness is a disabled friendly gym concerning weight lifting and restrooms. The complete remodel of this particular gym is an upgrade from Average Joe's to Global Gym Status while maintaining the integrity of the heart of Average Joe's gym. The customer service here is spectacular, and I'm always greeted with a smile. Those smiles go far and wide, especially on days I do not want to go to the gym, but i go anyway and smiles help. Friendly environment with good compassion such as Hope who works behind the desk is one of those who bring exactly what her name defines. Management has been friendly and kind also to give me a tour of the old and new remodel. The Wifi works well, and if you have some school work, there are tables with chairs. There are new machines for running and walking but personally would prefer newer weight machines. For example, the chest fly with reverse capabilities is always taken by others, and there is only one machine. We need two of these machines at all the Planet Fitness gyms. There are already two of every machine but not this particular machine which is widely used by everybody. The bathrooms and showers are clean, and there is plenty of room for l
