First i want to explain how amazing of a staff member Alex is at helping and guiding us. I have never felt so welcomed this much by anyone in my entire life he is knowledgeable friendly, and patient with me as it was my first time ever “pickle-balling.” What really struck me was the way Alex knew reoccurring customers that’s what you call outstanding customer service. the indoor facilities are extremely superb, unfortunately i didn’t get a chance to try out the outdoor facilities but I will definitely be coming back. I hope anyone planning to come to pickle city gets greeted and helped by Alex the same way i did.

This facility is amazing and the staff is just as awesome. Everyone was super helpful in organizing our event. The morning of the tournament our pickleball pro Shawn did an amazing job facilitating the group and organizing the bracket tournament for our team. Everything went well. Would definitely host here again!

The facility is beautiful with super high ceilings, a bar, gym, and all kinds of activities. The staff and instructors are also the best! Love Jackie, Christina, Josh, and Shawn! I’ve been taking lessons from Shawn and with his coaching have gone from beginner to advanced in a few months. My game has transformed completely. He also runs some awesome clinic and drill sessions. You will get tons of quality reps!

This is a world class pickleball facility and it has been nicely made. I’ve been to a lot of places in Texas and the US in my travels and this is one of the top. Hannah and the team are very nice and you can tell this place was built with passion for the pickleball community. I met Bru on opening day with others and everyone was just so approachable and willing to help. I hope events and other social gatherings will be fun. Personally I think you should charge a lot more for these memberships. This is a very premium experience and I can’t imagine the overhead costs. I definitely plan on being there a lot with bar and a gym attached. Thanks for putting this place together for the community here. There were not a lot of options like this. I think the facility is much better than chicken and pickle even though the business model is different. Give it a shot, you’ll be glad you did.

Really nice facility. Many indoor courts with great lighting. One minor flaw is the windows can have a glare... maybe double limo tint would help. The bathrooms, showers, locker, sauna, cold plunge, weights, food hall, pro shop are all nice amenities. Also didnt stay outside much but the corn hole and chill areas seem nice too. Daniel and Cole were great tour guides. Joshua was an awesome instructor.
