Great gym! I’ve been here for just under a year and I have to say they have some of the best wrestling/grappling around! The owner and head coach Nick is a grappling encyclopedia. This family owned and operated gym not only understands the value of keeping families healthy and happy but they actually walk the walk! If you’re not only looking for a gym but a community this is the perfect fit whether for martial arts, fitness, or sports performance.

I can’t say enough good things about Patriot! If you haven’t found a fitness HOME then look no further! Tracey and Nick are incredible trainers. My daughter loves the girls EM-POW-her-ment classes. She is glowing with confidence and strength. Tracey and Nick are such great role models. I have also joined Patriot and take the adult classes. I leave each class feeling stronger both mentally and physically! Patriot is my families fitness HOME!

I can't say enough good things about Patriot! Tracey is amazing at what she does and is such a great role model in the girls Em-POW-er-ment classes. My daughter is exuding the confidence and strength she has always struggled to find and during these formative young tween years that's exactly the kind of strength a kid needs to overcome anything that'll come her way. Every tween girl should experience these classes in my opinion. Additionally, I absolutely love the adult classes, Tracey and Nick make it fun and un-intimidating (even for those of us that struggle with coordination), and you leave feeling better than you did when you got there and ready to take on the day. Every class has different elements keeping it fresh and keeping all your muscle groups challenged.

This is a fantastic gym that offers boxing which I love!! The classes are fun and challenging and offer a great cardio and weight workout infused with boxing. The owners Tracey and Nick give back to the community and provide a very friendly environment unlike big box gyms. They also have separate kids classes, my son attends Patriot as well!! I highly recommend!

Patriot Sports & Fitness is unlike any other fitness experience I have ever had! I LOVE all their classes, and look forward to it every week. The set up is challenging but fun, and never the same so it never gets boring! There's so much scheduling and class variety, something for everyone and anyone. Nick and his wife Tracey are amazing and beyond their health & fitness expertise is their sense of community and care. They have helped me reach my strength and fitness goals. Highly recommend!
